Selected Transactions

At London Global we assimilate the best opportunities from a vast selection of opportunities mostly identified off market through our extensive relationships with landlords, Banks and Loan organisations, Investors and Occupiers. Often we will target acquisitions where value can be created through intensive pro-active asset management programmes, rebranding or reconfiguring buildings or converting to alternative uses. The key is identifying situations where the Real Estate and its legal structure is not working for the current occupier and investor alike, we move in with new equity helping existing parties achieve their goals whilst delivering exceptional returns for our own investors.
