• Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Responsible for strategic asset management, including managing tenant relationships and negotiations.
• Robert’s principal career was with Land Securities PLC for 31 years where he became head of asset management for the London portfolio, which was valued at £7.2bn at its peak.
• Robert has also worked in the Cabinet Office as a senior member of the Government Property Unit with responsibility for rationalising the government’s real estate occupation and ownership in Central London.
